Once delegates have entered their password, they will see a completely bespoke and branded platform.
Their first step will be to create their own delegate profile. This acts as a virtual badge and will include information such as name, job role, company and any other data that you wish to collect as part of this process.
As well as creating a virtual identity for the individuals to network, this will also give you the benefit of seeing who attended which sessions, allowing you to have more meaningful and personalised interactions post event with those people.
Once people have set up their profile, they can browse who else is attending the event and invite them to ‘virtual coffee catch ups’ on the day.
They can also read up on the speaker bios and pre-submit any questions ahead of the keynote speeches.
Once they’ve finished browsing the website, they can add their favourite session to their own personalised agenda.
This allows the individual to shape their day to their own specific needs and interest, meaning they will be more engaged. This also gives them easy access on the event day to all their favourite sessions, through one click of a mouse.
