We really let our creative minds loose when organising Avon’s incredible incentive, immersed in the breath-taking culture of Thailand, beautiful beaches, magnificent temples, and flavourful cuisines – the best Thai food we’ve ever pad...
We kicked the recognition off with a river cruise along the Chao Phraya, with traditional food and entertainment, followed by a day of ticking the Grand Palace, Wat Po and a Tuk-Tuk ride off our Bangkok bucket list!
After Bangkok, we hopped to Phuket right in time for a delicious meal at Baan Rim Pa. The name’s Banana, Top Banana. We couldn’t go all the way to Phuket without rewarding the team with a surreal trip to James Bond Island to kayak around the picturesque lagoons, and finish with a feast for the senses at the Floating Village.
Options, options, options! We provided plenty of ‘em, with a Phuket old-town tour, a tranquil Thai massage, ATV quad bike adventure and the chance to whip up a culinary storm in a Thai cooking class on offer.
To wrap up the week we took the time to highlight the core reason for the trip in the first place – we celebrated the fantastic successes over a twilight dinner at Kalido beach club. Taking the time to reflect on the individual efforts leading to a trip full of memories and laughter.
Hold up, you thought we were finished? On the last day we surprised the team with an experience of a lifetime – the Elephant Sanctuary!!! What an unbelievable encounter, a real pinch-me moment, and what a way to end such an extraordinary week.
