To end the golden quarter with a bang, we’d suggest inviting your teams to the Christmas House Party.

Hosted online, this event is all about fun, celebration and recognising what the teams have achieved throughout the quarter. A few weeks out from the broadcast, we’ll send teams a Christmas cocktail kit alongside an invitation to attend your Christmas House Party. Broadcast live from the BT studio, we’d present this one hour slot as a live TV show – think Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway! The hour would feature live challenges, celebrity partners, roving reporters dropping in on stores and contact centres live. It would also be used to recognise teams, say a big thank you and share the best of what’s been going on throughout November and December. We’ll have used our film crews throughout the months to capture some really fun, engaging content to share that showcases all the best bits of the golden quarter.


We like to push the boundaries and wanted to open your eyes to an extra special activation. Rather than reusing the BT studios, why not take over an actual house where we have complete flexibility to transform it to the Home of Consumer, bringing to life all of your brands in the real environment as well as the virtual world. This location would be the home of all the live broadcasts and can be presented in a ‘The Big Breakfast’ style environment with loads of fun, interactivity, and engagement. Around the broadcasts, we could also invite teams to physically visit the house for some short retail sessions and fun amongst the environment. Whether that’s a penalty shoot-out in the garden or a product demo in the office, it’s a real-life way of sharing your messages that’s unique and engaging. Essentially it’s multi-purpose space for broadcasts, employee engagement and product learning. It would require more budget but hopefully we’ve planted a seed and given you something to think about!
