Digital isn’t just visual – there is power in storytelling and podcasts can be incredibly experiential as they make you think, feel and do something entirely different to face to face communications.

Whether it’s a one-off episode or a series of 30 minutes podcasts that employees can tune into on their way to work – there are ways to make them not only informative but personal. Maybe you have ‘host’ presenters who have an episode each or you dedicate each podcast to a topic where experts in the business share their thoughts – employees will love to see another side of their co-workers and being fed information in this personal (literally in your ear) way can sometimes hit home even more than an event can.
