Each year Virgin Media Business celebrate their top salespeople through a series of incentives that span the financial year. The H1 incentive is an event designed to reward those who have exceeded 100% of their target to date. This incentive showcases the top achievers and aims to further incentivise those on it.
Virgin Media Business came to Top Banana with the ask of creating something equally wow but different; a money can’t buy experience, that got this well-travelled bunch excited and featured activities that were anything but ordinary!
To kick things off, VMB arrived at a fully branded Winton Castle for a highland games. Featuring a branded flag on the Castle, bunting and branded deck chairs. On arrival guests received branded Helly Hansen tops, RAB gilet’s and Chilly bottles.
Following a beautiful BBQ, the guests were put into clans and the competition for the crown began. This competitive bunch created chants and dances and fought it out to the end with a huge tug of rope war to round off a busy day.
After a pit stop at the hotel to freshen up, it was time for an evening of food and fun at the iconic Edinburgh Castle where our guests were greeted over the bridge by a Piper, setting the scene for the evening ahead. With exclusive hire of the Castle, the night featured an open bar, an exclusive viewing of Scotland’s Crown Jewels, a DJ and a prize giving ceremony for the VMB team before the Ceilidh began.
