As 2025 comes to a close and the festive season with loved ones draws near, we wanted to take a moment to send you some extra warm wishes and to express our heartfelt thanks for being part of such a memorable year.

It’s been a monumental one for us at Top Banana. We’ve seen our team grow, our creativity evolve, and we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with incredible people and clients like you. From big ideas brought to life to meaningful moments shared together, this year has been one of our brightest yet, and that’s thanks to you.

We’ve pushed ourselves further than ever this year, delivering large-scale production events across the globe, bringing ambitious visions to life on an international stage. Alongside this, we've embraced AI in new and exciting ways across our work, continued to elevate experience-led travel and incentives, and pushed creative boundaries at every opportunity.

Giving back and growing together have remained central to who we are. From painting schools in South Africa to Olive’s work in Cambodia and Steph’s time in Peru, our team has been proud to support meaningful initiatives around the world.

Closer to home, we invested in personal development through our self-defence classes, Design Academy, guest speaker sessions, and talks at local colleges, and this year, we were especially proud to have launched Next Gen, our programme focused on nurturing the next generation of talent.
