LIVE IN 5.

Live broadcasts for your virtual event

At Top Banana we have a dedicated Broadcast Team, ready and waiting to help you go live to your teams, record parts of an event, or create a green screen shoot that can place your presenters anywhere and with any content.

Our Studio at Top Banana is a great place to host the virtual event and our fully equipped large broadcast studio allows us to run small socially distanced events. The presenters can be together to deliver the event, with HD cameras and sound it ensures optimum quality. It also means all presenters can feel fully comfortable with no anxiety around technicalities, they simply present as they would in the live environment and let us worry about everything else. This option also means we can have control of the ‘scene’, creating a TV show feel. This awesome execution doesn’t just happen it is the result of great planning and coordination however, we have a streamlined process to make sure delegates have a great experience…

Brilliant execution doesn’t just happen it is the result of great planning and coordination and engaging the experts. A topline diagram of how it works is below.

Of course, if Broome feels like a long way to come, we can look to hire a large space near you and set up a remote studio there to accommodate the event (adhering to social distancing guidelines!). With both options – the rules are the same and with either option we’ll help you deliver an innovative and exciting programme, using these top tips…

ON MAKING AWESOME VIRTUAL EXPERIENCES...

All virtual event types can deliver multimedia experiences – so there is plenty of creative scope

Keep the event to 4 hours max with multiple presenters and mediums (e.g. VTs)

Prerecord some of your content to aid the presenters and flow

Keep each session short (we recommend a max of 20mins)

Allow time for breaks – delegates still need refreshments and the loo at home

Make sure you entertain, don’t just inform – interactivity is key!

Do not do death by PPT – this should be a play not a monologue

Have some fun- remember, people remember things when they are smiling!
